Locations: 
Drop box and election office locations are posted two weeks prior to an election at the following locations:

The Chester County Board of Elections designates several drop box locations throughout Chester County. Current locations include 12 Chester County libraries and the Chester County Government Services Center, 601 Westtown Road West Chester PA 19380.

Drop Box Hours of Operation:

  • Drop boxes are typically available two weeks prior to election day.
  • Drop boxes are open on election day from 9:00am-8:00pm.
  • Drop boxes are available outside of regular business hours, including some evening and weekend hours.
You may drop off completed mail in ballots in designated boxes at:

We are the Zone 14 Democratic Committee comprised of members from West Whiteland Township. and West Pikeland Township. Our mission is to elect qualified Democrats to local, state, and federal offices and to enable our neighbors to realize their full potential through good government. As members of the Chester County Democratic Committee (CCDC) and the Pennsylvania Democratic Party (PA Dems), we seek to develop, advocate and elect qualified candidates that mirror our community’s democratic values of freedom, opportunity, transparency, and equality. We will vigorously campaign and influence changes to enhance everyone’s quality of life in our neighborhoods, schools, parks, courts and beyond.

We meet every third Thursday of the month at 6:30 PM with a combination of Zoom (email zone14leader@chescodems.org) and in person n the downstairs meeting room of West Whiteland Township Building (101 Commerce Drive, Exton, PA)
